2. Eligibility

  • Offer is valid for residential and commercial properties located within the Gold Coast region (QLD).
  • Customers must present a valid, written quote from a competing, licensed security installation provider, dated within the last 30 days.
  • The competitor’s quote must be like-for-like, including equivalent camera specifications, system type, and scope of installation.

3. Promotion Period

  • This offer is valid from now until December 31, 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier by Shark CCTV & Security Solutions.

4. Discount Details

  • Shark CCTV & Security Solutions will beat the verified competitor’s quote by 10%.
  • The discount applies to the total cost, including both equipment and installation, of the equivalent CCTV package.
  • This offer does not apply to system servicing, upgrades, or non-CCTV work.

5. Quote Requirements

  • The competitor quote must be:
    • On official letterhead,
    • Include the business ABN,
    • Show contact details,
    • And contain a detailed breakdown of products and services.
  • Verbal, informal, or handwritten quotes will not be accepted.
  • Shark CCTV & Security Solutions reserves the right to verify the authenticity and comparability of any quote provided.

6. General Terms

  • Offer is valid for new bookings only.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
  • Offer is subject to service availability within the Gold Coast region.
  • Shark CCTV & Security Solutions reserves the right to reject quotes that are not verifiable or not considered equivalent.
